Monica Pool Knox

A former Chief People Officer for two public, tech/AI companies, Monica is known for creating and delivering innovative talent strategies in complex environments through approaches anchored in human centered leadership.

Monica currently advises and consults with CEOs, Founders, and Partners in the US and UK on topics related to HR strategy, leadership, culture, product, and go-to-market approaches for companies that align with her personal mission of positively advancing health, wellness and human performance. Monica also serves on the board of Swedish Health System.

Monica has led global functions and teams as well as advised and coached senior leaders as a human resource executive across Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Sony, CBS Interactive, Twitter, and Verizon.

Monica has a BA in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Monica lives with her husband and son in the Seattle, Washington area.
